Thank you for shopping with Southern Caffeinated Momma! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM CST)
3. Free Shipping or Pickup
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount. Check our website or current promotions for details.
Pick up orders will be placed out front, please make sure you bring the order confirmation with you.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship using major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Southern Caffeinated Momma is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right for you.
